Bookings & Payments

All lesson bookings and package purchases are subject to availability and confirmation. Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Lesson schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, coach availability, course maintenance, or operational requirements. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timelines communicated by the academy.

Training & Participation

Participants must follow all academy rules, safety guidelines, and coach instructions during training sessions. The academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in case of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or non-compliance.

Health & Fitness

Golf training and fitness sessions involve physical activity. Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate and do so at their own risk. Ultimate Golf Performance Center is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose medical conditions.
